V1.1 GUI QoL Update
Howllo and welcome!
It's time for an update to this little project I started. I still wish to work on Grain to Gain, however I noticed while working on this game during the Gain Jam #3 hosted by Weight Gaming.com that it has similar collisions and underlining mechanics that I would have plans implementing into it. So for now I will be working on this until it can stand on its feet for more than a minute, and then just copy-paste code from it into Grain to Gain (XP). For now this update brings you some much needed quality of life basics that most games should have. These include:
- Pause Menu
- Character Select Screen
- New Font
- Saveable Options
- Bug Fix: Tesla Tower emits noises continually if not filled all the way
I've also written some code to be ready for future updates for when and if they occur. Now I am going to work on something I never tried before, implementing local 2 player coop! I have a bit of work ahead of me but I think I can manage. Until then, hope you have fun exploring the minor improvements I've added!
